Stubborn persistence creates chances!!

Verse of the Day
I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time. [NLT] Ecclesiastes 9:11
We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. [KJV] Hebrews 3:14
………………
Life is uncertain, it is not always the best, the strongest or the fastest that reaps the rewards of life; it’s those who stubbornly keep persevering, holding onto the things of God in spite of what life throws at you. Why? Because in the end, in His time He will come through for you. And not giving up on God brings you that much closer to your breakthrough. William Feather said, “Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go” while Robert Brault said, “Stubbornly persist, and you will find that the limits of your stubbornness go well beyond the stubbornness of your limits,” I think that’s a good advice, I believe that’s how we ought to be with our lives when it comes to the things of God. Regardless of where we are in life, or the struggles we encounter, our refusal not to let go of God gives us that fighting chance to live the life He created us to live! Create your own chances with Jesus, you stand a better chance in life with Him on your side than without!! #VerseoftheDay #bible #Devotional #Jesus #Chances #Stubborn #Perseverance
