For this is what the Lord says: You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your cattle and your other animals will drink. This is an easy thing in the eyes of the Lord; 2 Kings 3:17-18 [NIV]
It’s barely the start of the new year, and it’s beginning to look as if things aren’t going to work out as well as you’d want it to. The first month has not ended, yet, already so much debt, frustrations, and loss of momentum. You keep at it. God is encouraging you today, not to give up just yet. You keep on trusting God, you keep on doing your bit, and watch God come through for you much sooner than you’ll ever realise. How’s your year going?
As 2016 ends, I can’t help but to be thankful through it all. As the year begun, I recall putting in so much skill and effort into drawing out the right plan for the year, sat down and evaluated how much of my time it will cost me to see my dreams realised for the year. Wrote out the visions, set out the goals and the milestones ; and thought out what wise and prudent measures I will need to put in place, should the unexpected unexpected happened and be amply prepared and ready to go.
But I am thankful. For the unexpected unexpected unexpected 😀, for the successes but mostly for the disappointments. They were not failures, but they were new chances to re-address my plans. 2016 has been a year of growth, but as it ends, I am grateful for all of the lessons God has taught me this year, and why it’s important to never give up, even if you fail 7 times ❤. You keep it moving. Some of my good plans may not have come together as previously thought out, but with persistence, readjustments and Jesus on my side, I know that they will all work out well in the end.
So cheers to the visions realised in 2016, so many many of them; and to those that need some extra tinkering ❤.
2016 you’ve been exhausting, but in 2017, I plan to retreat, build on the successes, but I will never surrender to the defeats!
“Blessing and honor and glory and power Be to Him who sits on the throne, And to the Lamb, forever and ever!” Revelations 5:13 [NKJV]
We are now in the final month of the year, goodness Lord, you have been faithful. Forever and ever Lord all of our praises and thanks belongs to you Jesus!
Indeed as we try to count and name all of our blessings, there are too many to recount, too many to narrate. Yet one thing we know for certain is that even though there are so many of us in this world, It has NEVER crossed your mind to think of us as too many to bless or remember. Thank you Jesus for not treating each and every one of us as a statistic, but as individuals you have wonderfully made, with purpose, planned to the minutest of details. Our Father and God, indeed we are grateful.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Romans 8:35 [NKJV]
Certainly NOT tribulation, distress, persecution, accusations, disappointments and rejections! WHY? Because in all THESE things we are more than conquerors. “I , left for dead, heart broken, distressed, almost destroyed, but thank God for God, for indeed there was nothing in this life and in this world that could have ever separated me from the Love of God.” – What a testimony! Indeed my Halleluyah belongs to Jesus and HIM ONLY!
“Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:13-14 [NKJV]
In spite of what might be happening, or what you may be going through, don’t let it all get on top of you/overcome/overpower you. Don’t be discouraged, dejected, deflated or disillusioned! Please don’t give up hope or become weary of it all. Don’t be afraid! The Lord sees you. He knows and understands what you’re going through. He’s not un-aware of it all. And your requests and seeds have not fallen on deaf ears or gone un-noticed. God says, He will make a way for you out of no way, all you need be is STILL! He will fight for you, and will see to it that your seed abounds, and that you remain an overcomer permanently irrespective of the many challenges of life! Your peace will remain and you will come through it, all right. Your promised desired answered prayers, you will see speedily being accomplished before your very eyes. The trials that have blighted your life, that has become a reproach in your life, from today and all the days of your life, you will see no more in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. And your joy will be full in Jesus Name. Amen.
Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him”. John 9:3 [NKJV]
Stop trying to figure out if you are at fault or have a hand in the trials of many kinds blighting your life. I am here to encourage you that what you’re going through happened so that the works of God would be displayed in your life in Jesus name. Amen.
But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. Genesis 50:20 [NKJV]
Every challenge one encounters in life is always part of a plan. Of course the negative challenges are never easy when you’re going through it, but the bible tells us today that God makes it all good in the end. It doesn’t matter what someone might have said or did against you that have turned your life into a nightmare of sorts! God says your challenges that was meant for evil, was allowed in order to save you and the lives of countless many. You can’t even begin to fathom the lives that are going to be transformed through your testimony of how ‘you walked through the valley of the shadow of death, and came through it alive’! How God shut the mouth of the devourers, saved you from the debt collectors and the for-closers! How God made a way for you where there was no way, how He brought you back up, after you had hit rock bottom. Yes the frenemies may have lied ‘on’ you, they may have made you the scape goat and it’s all gotten too much that now, you may be looking for a way to end it all. But I am here to encourage you, YOur better days are before you, and know for a certain that they will come and many will celebrate it with you in Jesus name. Don’t give up just yet!
