Verse of the Day

For the LORD your God dried up the river right before your eyes, and he kept it dry until you were all across, just as he did at the Red Sea when he dried it up until we had all crossed over. [NLT] Joshua 4:23

….

If you were to look back through your life’s events, I’m sure you’ll find times, challenging times when you thought you were not going to make it through. Perilous circumstances which you thought would surely overpower and drown you. You looked and searched for a way to cross over, and you found none. Marooned, left for dead, helpless and hopeless, God came through for you. He not only dried out the problems, He also made sure you crossed over it onto dry land. He gave you a reason to be joyful again. If God did it for you then, surely whatever it is that may be disquieting your peace, that is standing in the way of your breakthrough, that is preventing you from entering into your place of rest. Whatever it may be, regardless of how great and enormous it may be, surely God who once dried out all problems that tried to cut you off, is still able to do the same now. You can still cross over onto dry land. God, creator of the heavens and the earth can still bring you over to your place of promotion. Trust Him and Him alone, and you’ll see what He will do for you today. ‪#‎JoshuaChallenge ‪#‎Verseoftheday

Verse of the Day

I will give you every place on which you set foot, as I promised Moses. [GWT] Joshua 1:3

….

God says everywhere you set your foot on, He will give to you. It’s a promise, it’s a commitment. When God makes a commitment to bless you, be rest assured that He will not let it pass unfulfilled. He never forgets his promise. What promises has God made to you? Do you want to climb the career ladder in your workplace? Do you want to own the property where you’ve been staying, or renting for your business? Is there a high brow area you’ve been visiting that you would like to have as your postcode? The Lord says He can give it to you. Question is do you believe? #Question: If you believe God can, what are you currently doing in your life that confirms this knowledge; or how does the knowledge impact your daily life? And if you don’t think He would/could, what is stopping you from believing and what would you do differently if you did expect God to keep his promises? #JoshuaChallenge

Verse of the Day

Plow your unplowed fields, and don’t plant among thorns. [GWT] Jeremiah 4:3b

…..

Isn’t it amazing how God is speaking to us concerning bringing back dead dreams to life, and how along with speaking favourably about the negative situations in our lives, that we also have to see our lives being transformed for the better. I don’t know about you, but I am excited, about all the wonderful things that God is about to spring forth out of our existence. Long awaited, planned, desired, tirelessly work hard at visions being fulfilled. And while we are declaring positive statements with our mouths and seeing ourselves living that dream, we also need to make sure our lives are in a state that can receive and keep all the wonderful things that are on the way. It’s time we started digging up things in our lives that have hardened us or made us unproductive over the years – such as un-forgiveness / malice / jealousy / bitterness e.t.c.,  – and start irrigating the land that is our lives with the love of Jesus Christ in readiness for the promised downpour of God’s blessing. It’s time we started removing unfruitful/negative associations which could prevent our blessings from making positive changes in our lives. Indeed, it is possible to live your dream, it is possible to see yourself beyond where you are right now and it is possible for you to make all the necessary changes that will aid the effectual transformation of your life. Jehovah God is with us, He is indeed still on the throne. Halleluyah, Praise His name, forever more.

Verse of the Day

This message from the LORD came to me, asking, “What do you see,..? [ISV] Jeremiah 1:11a

….

Yesterday the Lord reminded our hearts by asking us, if it were possible for dead / buried / lost / given up on dreams, to come back to life? And even though in our hearts we didn’t think it was ever possible, in the way of Ezekiel we would always try to subterfuge the question by returning it back to Him through our response of “ONLY HE Knows” – a means for us not to say what’s truly in our hearts. But we fail to forget that God knows what’s in our hearts, and His question is posed to us for our benefit; and through His response to our dodged question He has reassured us that it is Indeed possible for our dead dreams to come back to life. HOWEVER, He also wants us to speak favourably into those negative situations plaguing our lives. TODAY God is asking you WHAT DO you SEE before you? If I were you, I would start spitting out “all kinds of wonderful things” before me. I see multi-billion dollar successful businesses, women waiting to blessed with children having them, Many souls being worn for Christ, Church expansions, our Children growing in the knowledge of Christ, Husbands taking their places in society, Career success, Fundings approved, Papers accepted for publications in prestigious journals, my new Toyota J, Dream, plans, visions, purposes fulfilled. And indeed God’s response to your answer is, Indeed you have seen correctly! He is going to keep watch and make sure everything that you have declared you’ve seen comes to pass in your life in Jesus name. Amen. Amen and Amen!

Verse of the Day

“Son of man, can these bones live?” [NIV] Ezekiel 37:3

….

Do you think, it’s possible for your life to have a turnaround/for you to have a change of status/for that never ending wretched situation that has made you unhappy for many years to come to an end? Maybe you’re experiencing a terrible time in your marriage, place of work and you’ve almost lost your sanity. You’re almost at the door, about to quit it all. Maybe you’ve slumped into years and decades of unhappiness, lack of fruitfulness, and you’ve resided to give up, since well, as far as you’re concerned nothing good is going to come out of your life, since you feel your life is all dried up and have lost hope of ever living a life of fulfilled purposes and dreams. The Lord is asking you a question, He wants you to carefully think about it before answering it. Dearest [you], do you think it’s possible for your life to go from its #dead/non existing state to a vibrant life of visions fulfilled? Quite rightly, just like Ezekiel answered, ONLY God Knows. And that same God is saying to YOU, He will not only bring you up out of that miserable state you’re in, but He will take you back to where you ought to be, renew you (transform your marriage/work whatever it is that’s been bringing you down to something of Joy) and establish you!

But God wants you to do something. He wants you to start speaking favourably/positively into your situations. He wants you declare His words, to declare the name of #Jesus into those situations. The time for your once dreadful state has come to an end and you my friend will LIVE.

Verse of the Day

And in the proper season I will send the showers they need. There will be showers of blessing. The orchards and fields of my people will yield bumper crops, and everyone will live in safety. [NLT] Ezekiel 34:26b-27a

………..

You reading this, you will see the fulfilment of your life’s purpose, in Jesus name. Amen. Days, months, years and years of wretched/miserable/spent/neglected existence has come to an end in your life and your year of a bumper harvest is now. He says there will be showers, showers, SHOWERS of blessing and you will live in safety. That means the Lord has opened the FLOOD Gates of heaven over your life, and His blessing has started to rain over your life. The Lord NEVER forgets His people, and He most certainly has not forgotten you!
