You are much more than you realise!

Verse of the day

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. [NLT] Ephesians 3:20

God’s power is so infinite, that it is beyond measureable, i.e., cannot be calculated, comprehended or understood. And the word of God tells us that, that same power is at work within us, and all we need do is exert it that bit more so to accomplish great GREAT wonders in our lives. Can you then imagine how much God can do in our lives and through our lives with our co-operation? Exactly, it would be beyond unthinkable! So that change we’ve been looking for, that transformation we’ve been yearning for, that goal that we’ve been desiring to be realized in our lives, is well within our reach. All we need do is to work together with God, and in time, we will see the physical manifestations of those collaborative efforts. We’re still talking about being obedient to the commands of God. #VerseoftheDay #EphesiansChallenge #WhatILearntfromPaul

Verse of the Day

At that time the Spirit of the LORD will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them. You will be changed into a different person. [NLT] 1 Samuel 10:6

I’m sure there have been times when you’ve thought “there must be more to life than this”? And because you lack the motivation/power/confidence/self-worth to try to make the changes you would like to see, you end up feeling a little frustrated and overwhelmed, skewing your outlook in life. It doesn’t have to continue this way. You can still be that success story you desire to become. Those positive predictions you made in your younger years, of what you said you will become in future, are still very much attainable. All you need is the help of the Holy Spirit. The power of the Holy Spirit is available to transform every dead/dormant/deactivated/forgotten dream in your life into living, working, successful realities. Don’t you think it’s time for a change? Don’t you think it’s time to end every “junk” talk that you’ve said concerning your life out of frustration? I think it’s time to ask the Holy Spirit for the power to transform you into the kind of person that is not easily overwhelmed / frustrated. Someone who understands their identity in Christ and whom Christ has created for greatness. Someone who will never give up on his idea/dream/goal, just because someone told them it was impossible or that it appears too good for them. Someone whom God will make a wonder and a marvel to his generation! Can I get an Amen!

He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together. [NLT] Colossians 1:17

When our Lord Jesus Christ came in his human nature, He became the visible discovery of our #invisible God, and a representative of our Father – even though in His invisible form He existed before time began and forever; and that is why we also call Him Ancient of days. All things were created by Him, for him and by his power; they were made according to his pleasure, and for His praise and glory. He not only created them all, but by the WORD of HIS POWER all the things He made were upheld. Now, can you now imagine having Him as your foundation? An ageless, immovable, powerful, faithful, trustworthy God, who came into this world in a visible form, just so that you knew how much He loved you, and how much He was willing to sacrifice His life for you, just so that you can have a wonderful relationship of trust and fellowship with Him? I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t mind banking and building my life on Him as my Rock and my solid foundation!
